NASA FL returns to Sebring International Raceway Oct. 1-2. Challenge your driving skills in HPDE 1-4, NASA Time Trial or Wheel to Wheel sprint racing on the historic 3.7 mile Sebring road course. Relax and unwind with fellow NASA drivers at the track side Chateau Elan or enjoy overnight RV camping with 24 hr access to the infield paddock starting 5 PM on Friday Sept 30 throughout the weekend.
NASA FL welcomes Club Roadster, a group of 50+ Miata enthusiasts who are invited to display their cars in the the Sebring paddock, enjoy a group track tour, watch NASA racing and share in the excitement of the NASA experience at Sebring.

NASA Time Trial- Get involved!
NASA Time Trial (NASA TT) is a National auto competition program, utilizing Regional series based on a time trial style format, with rules that establish car classifications to provide a contest of driver skill. NASA TT is designed to bridge the gap between NASA HPDE (High Performance Driving Events), and wheel-to-wheel racing.
NASA TT utilizes a car classification system that is easy to understand, and gives HPDE-4 drivers a taste of competition by allowing them to compete for top lap times, in advanced, open passing run sessions, against similarly prepared cars for awards, prizes, and recognition.
NASA FL has a great group of TT drivers, and although the majority are pretty competitive, the main goal is to have fun. Whether you are new to competition, a current racer, or someone who has years of racing experience that wants a lower stress level competition, check out NASA Time Trial.

1) 2011 NASA Championships Mid-Ohio Sept 8-11.
*Congratulations to Randy Mueller/ Epic Motorsports (Miami FL) for his GTS 4 NASA National Championship! Randy's finish in the GTS championship race was first overall in a field of 66 GTS entrants. Scott McKay of Bradenton, FL took 2nd place podium spot in the National Factory Five Challenge Race. Additional congratulations to the list of FL based NASA drivers who made the long trek to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course to take part in exciting national level NASA racing and NASA TT competition at the 6th Annual NASA National Championships.
2) HPDE updates:
*2011 NASA FL passing rules in HPDE Group 3 have been changed to allow passing anywhere on track with a point by..including corners.. as a training program that will facilitate practice passing in turns in preparation for HPDE 4.
*NASA CCR update now allows HPDE drivers the option to wear shorts instead of long pants during HPDE track sessions.
*Registered passengers are now permitted in HPDE 2,3 & 4/TT.
